Continuous Enrollment Contract
MCA has put in place an easy system for moving our Re-enrollment Contract to a Continuous Enrollment Contract.  Historically MCA averages 90% re-enrollment.  Therefore, the Continuous Enrollment Contract makes the process simple for our wonderful MCA families! But that isn’t all.  Because we have also integrated FACTS with RenWeb this allows our families to access their FACTS account through RenWeb! One Site, One Login, and One Password! Below are some FAQ’s regarding our Continuous Enrollment Contract. Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact the Admissions Office and we’ll be happy to help!

Continuous Enrollment Contract FAQ’s

Where will the tuition and fees be posted for the upcoming school year?
Each year tuition and fees will be posted on the school website by January 1st.

Will there still be a re-enrollment fee every year?
Yes. The re-enrollment fee, now referred to as continuous re-enrollment fee, is non-refundable and may change at MCA’s discretion. The continuous re-enrollment fee also secures a place for your child(ren) and is a commitment to MCA of your child(ren) attending MCA for the upcoming school year.

What if I choose not to re-enroll my child for the next school year?
If your situation has changed and you are not planning to re-enroll your child(ren) at MCA for the next school year, please notify our Admissions Office in writing of your intent before January 31st of each calendar year.

What if I am unsure of my intent to re-enroll my child?
We understand that circumstances change, which may cause some question about your child(ren)’s Continuous Enrollment Contract for the upcoming school year.  We are happy to work with you.  Contact Elaine Mayberry before January 31st to talk through your situation. However, after the mid-February deadline for assured placement the fee will increase to $650 and after Graduation Day in May the fee increases to $875.

What if I am receiving a tuition grant?
A family’s ability to pay tuition is a key factor in the Continuous Enrollment Contract decision. If you need to apply for financial assistance, please complete a FACTS financial assistance application. FACTS applications are opened by mid-November for the upcoming school year. Applications can be accessed through your RenWeb account.  Once logged in click on “FACTS” then click on “apply for grant” and proceed with the application.  All your financial information along with your required tax returns must be uploaded into the application in order for FACTS to make a final award determination. FACTS makes its determination only if it has received a completed application.  Determinations take up to four weeks.

An application must be started in FACTS by mid-February to be considered for tuition grant for the upcoming school year.

-Mid-February Continuous Re-Enrollment Fee $350
-Mid-February-Graduation Day in May Continuous Re-Enrollment Fee $650
-After Graduation Day in May Continuous Re-Enrollment Fee $875

If you require financial assistance, it is highly advised that your family notifies MCA to not continue enrollment while the financial assistance decision is pending as the Continuous Enrollment Contract is financially binding.
