FOR GRADES 9, 10 and 11:
College Board’s PSAT, October 11, 2017
MCA offers the opportunity for home-schooled high school students in 9th – 11th grades to take the College Board’s PSAT test on the Wednesday national test date on our campus.  The PSAT is the precursor to the SAT college entrance exam.

Registration is online and must be submitted by the stated deadline in order for testing materials to be ordered.

Testing is expected to begin between 7:45am and 8:00am and end between 11:30am and 12:00pm.  In accordance with College Board policies, on test day, visiting students must present a current school or government issued photo ID with signature. The notarized College Board Student ID Form may be substituted for those who do not have an appropriate photo ID.
Visiting students will be expected to dress and behave in alignment with MCA’s Student Code of Conduct which can be viewed in our Parent/Student Handbook.

After testing, the student’s score report will be mailed about 2 months later by College Board directly to the home address.

The PSAT scores from the junior year are the basis for the National Merit Scholarship program.  For more information, visit the College Board website.

Details for test day will be sent to all registered families a week before test day.
